The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is 13th edition the of the Cricket World Cup, a one-day international (ODI) tennis tournament organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and organized by the men’s national competition every four years. It is scheduled to operate in India from October 5 to November 19, 2023. The event, originally scheduled to take place in February-March 2023, has been postponed due to the spread of COVID-19.
Ten teams will participate in the tournament, including the defending champions of 2019, England. This will be the first Men’s Cricket World Cup to be hosted exclusively by India, which had previously participated in the tournament along with other countries in the Indian subcontinent in 1987, 1996, and 2011.
The Final Match is scheduled to be held in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on 19 November 2023. Mumbai’s Wanheed Stadium and Kolkata’s Gardens of Eden will host two semi-finals.

ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Prize money
The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that the winner of the World Cup will receive a prize money of US$4 million and the runner-up will get $2 million. Losing semifinalists will each receive $800,000 each. This is exactly the same as the prize money at the 2019 event. The total prize money allocated for the tournament is $10 million. Each team will receive money based on their performance in the tournament as follows:
